Appointments and installations are scheduled based on availability. If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must notify us as early as possible. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a cancellation/no-show fee, especially if materials or labor were reserved for your project.
Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the project status, materials ordered, and work completed. Custom-ordered fencing materials or materials that have been cut or modified may not be eligible for a refund.

Warranties
Product Warranties
Manufacturer warranties apply where offered and are controlled by the manufacturer’s terms. We do not extend manufacturer warranties unless explicitly stated in writing.
Workmanship
If we provide fence installation or related service work, workmanship coverage (if any) will be communicated at the time of service or invoice. Workmanship coverage does not apply to misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized modifications, storm or weather damage, neglect, or issues caused by factors outside reasonable installation control.
